Birches Got Talent 2026 Crowns Joint Winners in a Show Stopping Final

Birches Got Talent truly lived up to its name, delivering an unforgettable celebration of everything which makes our school so special.

This year’s competition ended with a shared crown for Big Cats and Busy Bees, whose performances could not be separated. Busy Bees wowed the audience with an epic wheelchair dance routine, bursting with energy, rhythm and teamwork. Big Cats followed with a beautifully moving performance of True Colours, combining song and sign that had many in the audience reaching for the tissues.

A huge well done also goes to our deserved runners‑up, Butterflies, who transformed a classic nursery rhyme into a full‑on rave‑style mash‑up, complete with surprise special guest appearances from kitchen superstars Janine and Emma—to the delight of the crowd!

The judges had an incredibly tough job, with every act showcasing bravery, originality and hard work. More than anything, the event perfectly captured the spirit of Birches.

With a fantastic atmosphere, plenty of cheering, and staff going above and beyond to support performances, Birches Got Talent once again proved what a truly special place our school is.

Well done to all our performers—you were amazing.
